( down -33.9% compared to August 08) - 22 UNDER CONTRACT Condos
(up 22.2% compared to August 08 – year to date 0% change) - 9 SETTLEMENTS of Condos
(-43.8% compared to August 08 – year-to-date down -19.8%)
