(-44% drop compared to Feb 08) - 114 TOTAL ACTIVE Residential Listings
( down – 26.9% compared to Feb 08) - 8 UNDER CONTRACT
(down -27.3% compared to Feb 08) - 11 SETTLEMENTS
(up 10% compared to Feb 08 – year-to-date down -16%)
