- 125 TOTAL ACTIVE Condo Listings
( down – 23.3% compared to June 08) - 16 UNDER CONTRACT Condos
(up 45.5% compared to June 08 – year to date down -5.3%) - 4 SETTLEMENTS of Condos
(down 73.3% compared to June 08 – year-to-date down 22.5%)
