The Frederick County Residential Market Report is now available for the month of December 2008. Some of the highlights (lowlights?) include:
Residential Settlements were down -16.6% for the year.
Condo/Co-op Settlements were down 41.5% for the year.
The average price for a home was $315,213 – down from 2006′s high of $377,700.
The average price for a condo was $197,521 - down from 2006′s $224,327.
