(-14% drop compared to August 08) - 1212 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 37.8% compared to August 08) - 290 Single Family Homes were UNDER CONTRACT
(up 32.4% compared to August 08 – year to date up 29.3%) - 230 Single Family Homes went to Settlement (up 32.2% compared to August 08 – year-to-date up 16.7%)
