(-11.4% drop compared to July 08) - 1256 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 36.5% compared to July 08) - 289 Single Family Homes were UNDER CONTRACT
(up 36.3% compared to July 08 – year to date up 30.2%) - 242 Single Family Homes went to Settlement (up 41.5% compared to July 08 – year-to-date up 14.1%)
