According to the FCAR Residential Market Report: during the month of June 2009 there were :
- 365 NEW LISTINGS this month for SFH (-24.6% drop compared to June 08)
- 1295 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 33.8% compared to June 08) - 301 UNDER CONTRACT SFH
(up 55.2% compared to June 08 – year to date up 30.5%) - 218 SETTLEMENTS of SFH (up 23.9% compared to June 08 – year-to-date up 9.3%)
