( down – 22.1% compared to Mar 08) - 303 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 53.8% compared to Mar 08) Year to Date: up 17.51% - 150 SETTLEMENTS
(up 9.5% compared to Mar 08 – year-to-date down -5.2%)
