(-18% drop compared to May 08) - 1370 TOTAL ACTIVE Residential Listings
( down – 29.9% compared to May 08) - 304 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 46.9% compared to May 08) Year to Date: up 28.1% - 198 SETTLEMENTS
(up 26.1% compared to May 08 – year-to-date up 6.2%)
