Market Update May 2010: Washington DC and Maryland Suburbs

This market update video  looks at statistics for the Maryland-DC Suburbs including; Montgomery County, Prince George’s County and Washington, DC.   This area continues to out perform the national average.   Compared to May 2009, housing sales were up 6%.    Inventory was down 25% from this time last year leaving only a 4.7 months inventory.   This means that the DC market area actually had a minor housing shortage.   There was a 7.5% decline in the median price.  For more information, please view the video below:
