- 262 NEW LISTINGS this month for Condos
(-19.6% drop compared to Feb 08) - 1068 TOTAL ACTIVE Condo Listings
( down – 10.7% compared to Feb 08) - 121 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 9.7% compared to Feb 08 – year to date -15.3%) - 70 SETTLEMENTS
(down -18.6% compared to Feb 08 – year-to-date down -14.4%)
