According to the GCAAR Residential Market Report: during the month of June 2009 there were :
- 320 NEW LISTINGS this month for Condos
(-7.8% drop compared to June 08) - 1006 TOTAL ACTIVE Condo Listings
( down – 20.3% compared to June 08) - 226 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 25.6% compared to June 08 – year-to-date up 11.1%) - 180 SETTLEMENTS
up 16.1% compared to June 08 – year-to-date up 2.6%
