- 310 NEW LISTINGS this month for Condos
(-20.9% drop compared to Mar 08) - 1081 TOTAL ACTIVE Condo Listings
( down – 17.2% compared to Mar 08) - 197 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 11.3% compared to Mar 08 – year to date -4.1%) - 111 SETTLEMENTS
(down -0.9% compared to Mar 08 – year-to-date down -9.1%
