(-9.5% drop compared to May 08) - 1049 TOTAL ACTIVE Condo Listings
( down – 19.4% compared to May 08) - 236 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 19.8% compared to May 08 – year-to-date up 8.5%) - 161 SETTLEMENTS
(-1.8% compared to May 08 – year-to-date down -2.1%
