• 837 NEW LISTINGS this month for Residential
  (-32.4% drop compared to Jan 08)
• 3232 TOTAL ACTIVE Residential Listings
  ( down – 12.7% compared to Jan 08)
• 518 UNDER CONTRACT
  (up 7.2% compared to Jan 08)
• 287 SETTLEMENTS
  (down -6.2% compared to Jan 08 – year-to-date down -6.2%)
