(-20.4% drop compared to Apr 08) - 3159 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 31.6% compared to Apr 08) - 1103 UNDER CONTRACT SFH
(up 35.7% compared to Apr 08 – year to date up 25.5%) - 557 SETTLEMENTS SFH
(up .4% compared to Apr 08 – year-to-date up 4.7%)
