According to the GCAAR Residential Market Report: during the month of February 2009 there were :
- 1064 NEW LISTINGS this month for Single Family Homes
(-18.9% drop compared to Feb 08) - 3225 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 17.8% compared to Feb 08) - 720 UNDER CONTRACT SFH
(up 22.4% compared to Feb 08 – year to date up 14.4%) - 356 SETTLEMENTS SFH
(down -4.6% compared to Feb 08 – year-to-date down -6%)
