- 1122 NEW LISTINGS this month for Single Family Homes
(-12.8% drop compared to June 08) - 2665 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 42% compared to June 08) - 1101 UNDER CONTRACT SFH
(up 47.2% compared to June 08 – year to date up 28.1%) - 859 SETTLEMENTS SFH
(up 23.4% compared to June 08 – year-to-date up 11.8%)
