According to the GCAAR Residential Market Report: during the month of March 2009 there were :
- 1224 NEW LISTINGS this month for Single Family Homes
(-18.1% drop compared to Mar 08) - 3253 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 25.6% compared to Mar 08) - 893 UNDER CONTRACT SFH
(up 38.2% compared to Mar 08 – year to date up 23.1%) - 503 SETTLEMENTS SFH
(up 22.4% compared to Mar 08 – year-to-date down up 5.4%)
