- 1269 NEW LISTINGS this month for Single Family Homes
(-17.2% drop compared to May 08) - 2985 TOTAL ACTIVE SFH Listings
( down – 34.9% compared to May 08) - 1110 UNDER CONTRACT SFH
(up 33.1% compared to May 08 – year to date up 25.2%) - 680 SETTLEMENTS SFH
(up 19.5% compared to May 08 – year-to-date up 8.5%)
