(down – 7.5% compared to Dec 07) - 481 UNDER CONTRACT
(+21.5% compared to Dec 07 – year-to-date down -7.6%) - 505 SETTLEMENTS
(up 13% compared to Dec 07 – year-to-date down -14.1%)

November 2008 in Montgomery County, MD there were:
- 172 NEW LISTINGS this month for Condos/Co-ops (up 11.7% compared to
Dec 07) - 992 TOTAL ACTIVE LISTINGS for Condos/Co-ops
(down -3.1%) - 124 UNDER CONTRACT
(up 26.5% compared to Dec 07 – year-to-date is down -25.5%) - 106 SETTLEMENTS: (up 11.6% compared to Dec 07 – year-to-date is down -28.7%)
