Using the MLS search is easy once you become familiar with its operation. Here are some hints:
1. Allow the map to fully load before searching and then narrow your search area by clicking on the green city markers or using the zoom function.
2. Search Options Tab - clicking on this tab brings up the search menu (default).
3. Narrow your Search parameters by using this Side Menu. Click the Search button at the bottom of the menu after you have made your choices. This will reset the selections on the map.
4. Results Tab. Clicking on this tab will show the houses listed on the map.
5. Details Tab. Clicking on this tab will show individual properties located on the map. (Shows up by default when you click on a property listed on the map.
6. Set up a free, no hassle account to remember your searches, allow you to write notes on your favorite listings and have daily updates emailed to you.
7. Are the Search results not working properly? You probably have clicked on too many search parameters. Use the Reset button to start over.
