This Market Watch video covers the Maryland counties of Frederick and Washington, West Virginia counties of Morgan, Berkeley and Jefferson and the Pennsylvania counties of Franklin and Fulton. Home sales from May of 2009 to May of 2010 showed a decrease of 22.9% from the year before. This market update video looks at statistics for the Maryland-DC Suburbs including; Montgomery County, Prince George's County and Washington, DC. This area continues to out perform the national average. Compared to May 2009, housing sales were up 6%. Inventory was down 25% from this time last year leaving only a 4.7 months inventory.
